African American Fabrics-in the Blue at the ArtShack, Baby!

Indigo Dying Event! We had a great time learning about the history of indigo and dying our own fabrics. The group explored the chemistry of the plant and the affects of the oxidizing air. everyone, test several fabrics to see the difference. Plus, we had great food. See you all next time.
