African American Fabrics: Revisit Feed Sack Designs

AVAILABLE AT AFRICAN AMERICAN FABRICS
on Spoonflower
These fabrics are all replicas of 19th century feed sack fabric. Feedsacks bring to mind poverty of the Great Depression and my grandmother's quilts, but at the same time there is charm in the fact that many people throughout the United States could always figure out how to make something beautiful from something so simple as a feedsack. Be sure to check these out!!
